How to Track Your Parcel

  1. Dispatch Notification: As soon as your parcel is packed and handed over to our courier, you will receive an automatic SMS on your phone containing your tracking number (Tracking ID).
  2. Online Tracking: You can enter your tracking ID on the PostEx Tracking Portal at postex.pk/tracking to see real-time updates of your parcel.
  3. Doorstep Delivery: The courier rider will contact you via phone or SMS prior to delivery. Please ensure exact cash is ready for Cash on Delivery (COD).
